I'm Managing Director of Trinity Lane Insurance Company Limited, a Gibraltar-regulated motor insurer, a role I've held since 2020 — including leading the 2025 move from outsourced management to a self-managed, in-house operation with its own five-person team.
Alongside that, Trinity Lane's board has agreed a reduced working basis for me with formal support to take on Non-Executive Director, Chair and advisory work outside motor insurance. I'm building that portfolio now, drawing on close to two decades of board experience and a track record as an expert witness on Gibraltar insurance regulation.
